For us, it is much more than just a seal. It is a clear sign that, with our innovative, laissez-faire, and at the same time participative corporate culture, we are meeting (and exceeding) the future developments of the labour market and thus the expectations of a modern employer of our current and future team members.
We live our 4-day work week. We work digitally and decentralised on our specific tasks and analogue and centralised on our team cohesion, through great company events. Our approach is to support our employees on their path to self-fulfilment by offering them autonomy and support in all aspects of their daily work.

The uniqueness of the award lies in the fact that the level of excellence is based on the internal results of the survey intersection of partners and employees. With 8 areas of action, which are considered highly objective due to the methodology, we are all the more pleased that the assessments of partners and employees are almost congruent, leaving no room for dissonance. And the best thing about the results is that as a managing partner you know exactly where to start to improve working conditions. An average of 4.4 points from partners and 4.6 points from employees out of a possible 5 points – for us, the best recognition of our leadership qualities!

DATEV, the market leader in Germany in the field of software for certified tax advisors, has once again carried out a comprehensive analysis of our level of digitalisation. Together with our clients, we are striving to modernise our joint workflows and are growing as a result. That’s why we are so pleased to see that 95% of our customers are now using digital receipts – and we know there’s always room to improve! Every year we aim for new heights! Ultimately, we want to continue to be one of the best tax consulting companies in the field of digitalisation and sustainable development, and to remain one of the rare 1.2% who have received this award for 5 years in a row.

2024 the “Schad Institute for Social Sciences” (S.W.I. Finance) conducted a survey on behalf of the renowned business newspaper “Handelsblatt” to determine the most attractive tax consulting firms in Germany in terms of professional expertise. This year, we have once again made it to the top of the list, winning the “Best Tax Consulting Company 2024” award and achieving outstanding results in the category “allrounder”.
