Procedural documentation records a company’s processes and procedures for creating, processing and storing tax-relevant data in detail. It ensures that the accounting is comprehensible and correct and that the legal requirements are met.
Complete and proper procedural documentation is therefore essential in order to meet tax requirements and minimise risks.
What funding options are available?
The creation or updating of procedural documentation can be subsidised for small and medium-sized companies through a grant from BAFA (Federal Office of Economics and Export Control).
Funding details:
Funding rate: Depending on the federal state, the funding is between 50% and 80% of the consultancy costs.
Maximum amount: The maximum funding amount is 2.800 euros (80% of 3,500 euros)
Maximum funding period: The funding must be applied for by 31 December 2026 at the latest
